Avoid confusion: the term autogamy literally means self-fertilization and is the opposite of allogamy, outcrossing. What you test here is if the plants are able to self-pollinate in the absence of pollinators, not if they are able to set seed after selfing (either within or among flowers). This is why you should use the term autonomous self-pollination, or spontaneous self-pollination.

The definition of fruit set, which you use as a measure of reproductive success, is the percentage of flowers that sets fruit, which is indicated in Table 3. This is equal to the ratio of the number of fruits to the number of flowers, not the inverse (flowers:fruits), as you indicate in the text here and in the abstract.
