Extend to Neutrosophic

Great work! Could you extend it to neutrosophic sets by adding an explicit ‘indeterminacy’ term? A 3-part (T, I, F) q-rung model might handle contradictory/unknown data even better. Excited to see ‘q-rung neutrosophic’ in action!”
